ShutterCraft is a leading supplier of made-to-measure interior shutters in the U.K. Styles available include café (half-height) for ground-floor windows where privacy is required or where a stained-glass window above can remain exposed, tier-on-tier for almost total exclusion of light and privacy at night, full height shutters featuring different blade widths are available with single or multiple control rods, and tapered-to-fit special shapes can be made for any shape of window, including arches, patio doors, corners and awkward contours. Five slat sizes are offered. There is virtually no window that cannot be fitted with a ShutterCraft interior shutter. The shutters can be manufactured in a wide variety of natural finishes and colours including custom colours (five coats of paint or stain are applied so the shutters remain maintenance-free). Plastic coated shutters are available for wet areas such as bathrooms.

The shutters are individually made with adjustable slats and manufactured in a variety of top quality materials, carefully selected to ensure stability, to give a high quality finish and to maximize the product's longevity. The materials include Basswood, a renewable resource chosen for its uniform colouring and proven resistance to warping, Lockwood, and Craftwood, a MDF substrate.
